COACH OF THE MONTH - Michiko Aoki

We would like to introduce one of our Executive Coaches, Michiko Aoki. Michiko dedicated herself as Managing Director of COACH A's Thailand office for five years and she moved back to Tokyo Headquarters taking up the Director role last year. She is known as a great people developer as well as a powerful executive coach. She shared with us how coaching has impacted herself and how she anticipates the future of coaching.
