Naoki Imajo graduated from Nagoya University with a degree in Law. He joined Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.and worked in sales, planning, and human resources divisions. In the corporate division, he was mainly in charge of recruiting new graduates, and also practiced organizational management as a manager. His experience in charge of developing the skills of middle managers increased his interest in essential initiatives to create a sustainable organization. He joined COACH A Co., Ltd. to focus on developing leaders and enhancing people's initiative.
