He graduated from Seikei University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and holds an MBA from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management in the United States. After working in the publishing and financial industries, he joined a consulting firm that provided support for organizational transformations by stationing employees within client companies, where he successfully executed numerous corporate transformation projects. Following that, he held positions as the Representative Director of Nichimou Corporation and the Representative Director and General Manager of a golf course, where he focused on improving productivity and maximizing revenue by optimizing the efficiency of business functions across the entire organization. Since joining COACH A, he has been involved in projects aimed at enhancing organizational capabilities, with a particular emphasis on areas such as "penetration of management vision," "development of next-generation leaders," "implementation of medium- to long-term plans," and "improvement of managers' ability to develop subordinates." In conjunction with these projects, he provides executive coaching to CEOs, COOs, and senior-level managers. Additionally, he serves as a part-time faculty member at the Graduate School of Innovation Management, Hosei University.
