Graduated from Waseda University, majoring in Social Sciences. He worked in the strategy division of a major general consultancy firm, providing consulting services to major Japanese companies in a wide range of industries and business categories. After joining COACH A, he has been providing executive coaching and one-on-one coaching to senior management. His coaching style is grounded in diversified knowledge and perspective, based on his previous business experience. He also supervises projects in order to build long-term client relationships, and meticulously manage project execution.
