At a service training for hotel staff, the hotel's general manager asked the nearly 100 staff who gathered for training.

"What kind of service would you like to provide?"

They all thought about it for a while, but gradually they began to speak up.

When one spoke, a doorman and a concierge staff, though puzzled at the beginning, both came up with their own ideas.

Then the general manager asked again, "What kind of service do you want to offer?

More ideas were drawn out.

Some of them were even completely new staff, but the general manager still kept asking the same question.

'What kind of service would you like to provide?'
