Even when the work is progressing well, feedback is always necessary to gain an objective view of the current situation in order to accelerate greater success.

  • Where am I now and where am I heading to?
  • How is teamwork?
  • How is the overall motivation?
  • Does my thought about align with what the whole team is thinking about?
  • How do the actions and attitudes I am taking impact the team as a whole?
  • I think I'm doing okay, but how does it look to those around me?
