Treasure that is more valuable than gold, silver, or diamond is irreplaceable experiences that are packed inside the person in front of you.
People are too busy dealing with the problems that are happening right now and leave treasures inside themselves undiscovered.
As a leader, you can discover treasures that are buried in the person in front of you.
A simple question will do. "What was the happiest moment in your career?"
Then repeat the question with interest and curiosity until you can experience the scene as the person saw it, heard it, and felt it.
In this process, the treasure becomes not a relic of the past, but an experience that exists in the present. The unearthed treasure will fill the person with strength, courage and infinite potential.
